🔁 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Book Orders & Book Baskets

Cancellations are accepted before dispatch only.

Once shipped, orders are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.

2. Library Setup

Library Setup orders are customized and non-refundable once confirmed.

Cancellations before procurement may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Library on Rent

Security deposit is refundable after service completion, subject to damage/loss checks.

Rental fees once paid are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Any damage or incorrect delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
